Our Government Pretends To Be Concerned About Palestine

"No, we will no longer tolerate your words. I want action NOW! Punish the Israeli government for its' barbarity towards the Palestinians!"

The above should be what we Muslims are pressing towards our leaders be they MEPs or MPs. Enough is enough: Palestinian children have been held in Israeli prisons for throwing stones at soldiers. Does it not disgust us how such young children can be held in solitary confinement with bright lights on for 24 hours at a time? This is torture.

Imagine your sister, your brother, your niece, your nephew, your son or daughter being detained like that! The number of organisations that have condemned Israeli treatment of these children is more than sufficient to prove Israel is a terrorist state as it punishes children for petty things. Had this been any other nation such as Iran, there would be a massive outcry in the media regarding what is going on and yet hardly anyone gives a damn. If our government actually gave a damn about Palestinian children in prison, it would do more than urge them: it would command them and if they fail to comply, then sanction them. They have no problem sanctioning Iran, so I do not see why Israel gets special treatment.

If anything, people don’t care, as Palestinians have been dehumanised by the media to the point that if anything horrific happens to them, people think Israel is some sort of special case and that extreme situations calls for extreme measures. If Israel is really suffering from terrorism, why then do they have adverts such as these and these?

Think about it logically: your nation is under "attack" from a "terrorist invasion". Your number one priority is your life and the lives of your family members and friends. Would you honestly invest in tourism into your country while it is under attack? To add insult to injury, 2011 is apparently the second highest year for the tourism of Israel.

The other piece of flawed logic in the Zionist propaganda machine is that if Israel was the victim, why is it always on the attack? It is a fact that one only goes on the defensive if they are under attack and yet Israel seem to be stealing more and more Palestinian land.

In conclusion, we have to do something about the Palestinian situation. Simply making supplication to Allah will not help, unless you act as much action as is humanly possible.
