Israel Wants a Boycott of British Products

A staggering quarter of all Israeli MPs have signed a petition to call for a boycott of all British products unless our Government removes its product origin label which states whether produce farmed in the Palestinian West Bank was made by Palestinians or by illegal occupiers.
So far, forty of Israel's 120 MPs have signed the petition which is to be sent to the British parliament, according to an aide to MP Ronit Tirosh of the centrist Kadima party.
Tirosh, leading the initiative, said the petition threatens:
"to call on Israelis to think twice before buying British products if the decision is not rescinded by the British government."
She also called on officials to boycott British airlines.
"I urge official Israeli representatives to abstain from using British airlines as long as the British government treats Israel as though two states existed, one within the green line and another outside,"
Tirosh said in reference to the border between the Israeli-occupied Palestinian West Bank and Israel.
She said parliamentary president Reuven Rivlin had expressed support for the petition.
Earlier this month the British government issued an advisory suggesting retailers could use labels distinguishing whether West Bank items are illegal "Israeli settlement produce" or "Palestinian produce."
The move infuriated the Israeli government.
Britain has been under a relentless "diplomatic" attack from the Zionist state in recent weeks.
In the last twelve months since the murderous massacre of the civilian population in Gaza, the world has embraced the Boycott Divestment & Sanctions programme against the illegal apartheid state of Israel.
In return, Israel has the sheer gall to launch a retaliatory attack on Britain, for simply offering our citizens the ethical choice of knowing whether our avocados were procured ethically, on land that hasn't been appropriated and its labour boycotted for the fact they are of a different religion.
By ensuring that we in the UK aren't contributing to the death apparatus of the Zionist regime by purchasing its produce is not only fair and legitimate but totally acceptable . After all, the Apartheid regime of South Africa was put under immense pressure by us here in the UK when we refused to purchase its fruit exports.
Just like a bully who's been told off, the Israelis are hell bent on breaking the back of our legislature by holding us to ransom on how justice should be meted out, just so that their war criminals can escape arrest.
The delusions of grandeur that the Zionist state suffers from is simply down to the fact that the UK has been stroking its ego for far too long. This position is being challenged every day. It has taken the spilt blood of millions to force a change in the political machinations in the top echelons of Government.
Pressure politics does work; it requires more of us to be involved to ensure our Government is aware of the true issues. It's up to us to ensure they are highlighted and immediately rectified.
Be part of the solution.
