Blair Is a 'Terrorist'

Today an ordinary Palestinian had the courage to tell Tony Blair exactly what he thinks of him.

He shouted: "He is not welcome in the land of Palestine" and "you are a terrorist" as Mr Blair toured the Tomb of the Patriachs, one of Islams holiest sites. The mosque is also where 29 Muslims were massacred by a Jewish Israeli extremist in 1994.

Blair attempted to dismiss the mans' protest as unrepresentative of Palestinian public opinion but was forced to concede when questioned by a British tourist in the mosque that he had done little so far to engender peace in Palestine.

It is a view shared by many across the Middle East especially in light of Blair's ineffectiveness as a so called "Middle East peace envoy" in the region. This coupled with his role in the fabricated "weapons of mass destruction" saga and the bloody Iraq war make him an unlikely peacemaker.

With Blair as "peacemaker" the situation in Palestine appears gloomy, unfortunately we won't be looking for progress anytime soon.
