Awlaki Banned

Imam Anwar al Awlaki has been banned from addressing a fundraising dinner after a lobbying campaign accusing him of extremism. The Observer reports that politicians and 'anti-exremist' groups pressed the local council to ban his video-link address from the event at Kensington Town Hall.

There is no suggestion that any law against incitement to violence or hate has been violated but yet again the right to free speech doesn't seem to apply to Muslims. But it's no surprise that politicians can silence an Islamic speaker they don't like when Muslims simply don't get involved in politics!

i love sheikh anwar awlaki.

i love sheikh anwar awlaki. Damn these zionist scums banning my beloved scholar who is on the HAQ (truth). The enemies of islam are clear, but still strive with your tongue. I commend MPACUK for telling the truth not many do. Most news organisations are bankrolled so they have to say what the zionist cum owners like rupert murdock say. Its common knowledge about zionist scum controlling media.
Allah has promised victory for the believers so do not doubt that. ameen

Anwar Awlaki has become an extremist

Anwar Awlaki has trodden the path that many salafis tred, that of extremism.
In his early days he was moderate, but by its nature salafism drags people to the extreme, and awlaki is a clear example of this.
He advocates that Muslims should fight the muslim armies.
Could you get more crazy than that???
This is the same DIY fatwa given by crazy salafis in Algeria, that wiped out Islamic sympathy of the masses, the crazy salafis in Algeria said it was ok to attack government, police and army.

Tens of thousands of people are now dead and they have achieved nothing.

Wake up to the true face of salafism people, its an extremists death cult.
