Surely if most afghans support the war and feel that their lives have been overall improved by it one should at least consider supporting it.

Very mature, it doesn't change the fact that all available evidence shows most Afghans see the war as right and that individuals such as yourself
don't care in the slightest about Muslims abroad for you support positions which would cause excess suffering to the afghans
