Sorry to burst your bubble, Khan, but the documentary down here in Australasia pretty much debunked the claim that he was killed by the IDF. Everything about the set up was wrong, videod by a Palestinian stringer and sold to the French. Lots of court cases because the French producer would not produce the whole tape. In the end it was concluded that it was a Pallywood stunt and that the little boy had never died but he (the little boy) and his father are never going to come forward and admit that, are they? Probably paid off long ago.

Trouble is that the Palestinians cry wolf too often and in the end they are seen as not credible. Remember the candle stunts, and the green capped ambulance man where every site showed a teddy bear and the same child was taken to an ambulance again and again in all the shots? Remember the stolen organ story which the Swedish reporter has now retracted? Sorry as we feel for the Palestinians it is very hard to know what is true and what is not true. Noone seems to damage the Palestian cause more than the Palestinians and muslims who believe evrything without question.

Here is what Maimonides (Rambam) taught concerning saving people's lives, especially concerning saving the lives of gentiles and Christians, or even Jews who dared to deny the "divine inspiration" of the Talmud:

Maimonides, Mishnah Torah, (Moznaim Publishing Corporation, Brooklyn, New York, 1990, Chapter 10, English Translation), p. 184: "Accordingly, if we see an idolater (gentile) being swept away or drowning in the river, we should not help him. Ignorant argument - Maimonades was not the Jewish Prophet - he did not write the Talmud as Mohammed wrote the Quran and specifically preached jihad and slaying of the idolaters and people of the book. No matter how much you want to see Mohammed as an example of love and peace (like Jesus) his revelations tell a completely different story.

And that is what New Testament Christians will always have over the Quran - humanity and morality.

The Quran has preached hatred for 1400 years and now the west can see it for what it really is and muslims can't deny it. Your position must be very difficult, I would hate to have to justify a religion like Islam, especially in 2009.

Noone forced them to, but the Ottomans thought they would win back a lot of the European Balkan states that had seceded from the muslims. If the muslims had not gone to war in order to conquer SW Europe, they would not have lost the war PLUS their empire.
