I take it you are referring to this extract from the Hadith:

“The Hour [of Resurrection] will not take place until the Muslims fight the Jews, and kill them. And the Jews will hide behind the rock and tree, and the rock and tree will say: oh Muslim, oh servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him!”

Your reference to this particular Hadith may illustrate a nunber of things as it predates modern Zionism and the many modern events that are alleged to be associated with it. The hadith is valid as it stands without reference to any other matter. It states very clear that the elecated status that all Muslims should aspire to is impeded by the continued existance of the Jews. Of course as a Muslim you believe this hadith represents the will of the most divine being, and to believe otherwise may suggest that you are not a Muslim, or perhaps a dissenting reformist Muslim.
Naturally Jews do not believe that the divine being requires their deaths as a precursor of the Hour of Resurrection. Not do I imagine that they believe that the mineral, vegetable and animal entities on the earth will act in unison against them.
Thus quoting this hadith raises the question whether the invocation of this hadith is in fact incitement to genocide and racial / sectarian hatred by link the actions of the Zionist with the fate of the Jews. The hadith suggests that Muslims have a responsibility to execute this genocide prior to the Hours of Resurrection. All devout Muslims must surely wish to hasten the Hour of Resurrection and it would suggest that devout Muslims are planning for and are committed to this genocide.
In light of this is it nay wonder that the Jews rationally seek to preempt that day by slaughtering the Muslims first?
Perhaps you ought not to quote such things until you understand the potential implications.

Boycotts of Israeli agro products are neither here nor there as the agricultural sector in Israel has shrunk to single percenrtage figures. Boycotts could be successful if all Israeli products, made in Israel or licensed from Israel, were subject to a boycott.
However this is highly unlikely due to the importance of Israeli industries in some key sectors. For instance Teva is the largest single supplier of generic drugs to the UK's NHS. Israeli owned soft fruit handling equipment in the EU is used by a vast number of third world countries to export their products to the EU and there is no obvious replacement for these facilities. Israel is a major IT R&D centre and it is highly unlikely that producers like Intel & Motorola would easily forgo accessing such R&D & Production facilities. Israel is also a major medical R&D centre again it is not evident that the EU or US populations give a damn enough to forego accessing this technological advances.
The proposed boycott will have liitle real effect upon the Israelis and to some extent the proposition illustrates just how little the proponents understand the Israelis. Every action to isolate Israel reinforces the siege mentality and simply shifts support to the right wing.
If there were to be this boycott the Israelis could simply cease cooperating with the UN, and the people who would suffer would be the hundreds of thousands of Palestinians who rely upon UN intervention. It is possible that a full boycott would force the Israelis back to the Green Line. But in doing so, it would end the possibility of a peaceful stable Palestinian state. Of course if you believe that the number of "martyrs" that must suffer to obliterate the insult of Zionism is irrelevant, then of course the boycott is simply one weapon in your armoury.
