Let's not avoid the dabte upon Israel's apartheid treatment of the Palestinians then.
Israel's apartheid against Israeli Palestinians exists in three distinct areas. Conscription, Education and Property Acquisition.
Apartheid is a legal construct in which the citizens of a state are denied equality by virtue of race, national / tribal identity or religion. Palestinians are not citizens of Israel and therefore cannot be included in any consideration of apartheid, unless you believe that the current Israeli government is the legitimate government of the entirety of Palestine and that there is no place for the two state solution.
Israelis who identify themselves as Palestinians are exempted from national service in the IDF, other non-Jews are not. Israeli Palestinians (IP's) may join the IDF and to date since 1948 approximately 70 have done so. In a state where national service is a rite of passage, non-participation inherently isolates the non-participant from the collective. The question is of course whether the Zionist administration should continue to allow IPs to be exempt from national service. It could be argued that by acquiescing to the popular wish to be exempt that the Zionists are creating defacto Apartheid and that they have a duty to compel IPs to serve in the IDF as any other citizen would.
In terms of education it is correct that less money is spent on non-Jews than Jews. However this masks the fact that middle class non-Jews do exceptionally well in the education system exceeding the performance and participation than Jews. The statistics do not reflect that the economically marginalised non-Jews tend to drop out of school at a higher rate than Jews, this being especially the case for Bedouin. But the statistics do not include the sums of money spent in addressing this issue in special initiatatives and charitable activities.
In terms of property ownership there are issues relating to the Jewisha National Fund which recieves funds from the Israeli government to develop land. However it has been taken to the High Court and compelled to reform its housing applications conditions to include all Israeli citizens.
The argument of Israels Apartheid against Occupied Palestinians (OP's) living in the West Bank and Gaza is unsustainable. It is correct that Israel does not extend to OPs rights to facilities in Israel that Israelis have access to. This most frequently reklates to health care. As occupying power Israeal has an obligation to enable civil life to continue and for the OPs to access all the services of the civil administration within the OT's. It has no obligation however to extend to OP access by right to health care, education, legal system, etc etc. The access that OPs have to the Israelis facilities is a privelege in law. Were it to become a right then defacto israel would be extending citizenship of israel to the OP's and thus integrating the OP's and the land they inhabit into Israel, which would of course be illegal.
The role, the rights and responsibilities of Israeli Palestinians is a mjaor issue as it shapes the future Israel. Ideally the IP's would become fully integrated into Israel and subject to the same demands as non-IP citizens. But this requires that the IP's assign primary allegiance to the Israeli state, which at the moment they are not willing to do.
The question is whether it is the Zionists or the IPs that seek the continuation of this form of Apartheid. There are after all considerable benefits to be gained form not being repeatedly called to do reserve duty, and these may offset any disadvantage elsewhere.

Free Palestine.
Legally only part of the wall / fence may be in contravention of int'l law and then only if it is a permanent fixture with the object of seizing land. The israelis are entitled to have a wall as high and impregnable as they like running the length of all their borders on their land. Palestinians as non-nationals do not have a right of entry.
In regard to Gaza the Israelis have returned to roughly the pre-67 position with slight improvements for the Palestinians. The Israelis, as with any other nation, are not obliged to have open borders. However IMO the coastal patrols are illegal and should be suspended immediately as should overflights. The Palestinian administration has the right to import whatever it wishes, even if these are war materiel in preparation for further conflict with Israel. But then if that occurs gaza will have to live with the consequences.
The withdrawl from the West Bank has been stalled for a long time and there is no organisation to hand over to anyway. The Israelis don;t care about Gaza much, but if they evacuate the West Bank in the same way the consiequences for Israel and Jordan could be dire. As if the Israeli did unilaterally evacuate from the West Bank and some idiot fired rockets into the heart of Tel Aviv, then the consequences for the Palestinian nation would make Cast Lead look like a Sunday school outing. & it would be then end of any chance of an independent Palestinian state.
