Congratulations to Cambridge ISOC on Their Success

MPACUK have always advocated that Muslim institutions, especially ISOCs, must get politically active. When we have approached ISOCs it has been clear from some of the responses we have received that they are more interested in making pseudo-pious speeches and dressing up in "holy clothes" than defending their interests, their welfare, their religion and their brothers and sisters.

Usually they would make a feeble excuse such as 'Oh but it won't make any difference'. Yet here we have proof that it does make a difference.

MPACUK congratulate University of Cambridge ISOC on the success of their campaign and lobbying to stop the Islamophobe Benny Morris giving a speech at their University.

Benny Morris has been on record for saying hate filled comments such as "There are circumstances in history that justify ethnic cleansing... A Jewish state would not have come into being without the uprooting of 700,000 Palestinians. Therefore it was necessary to uproot them. There was no choice but to expel that population."
