Preston Stop the War believe that Lancashire County Council has grossly over-reacted in this particular instance. Lancashire County Council must realise that the Palestinian issue is not just an issue for the Middle East, but touches the lives of many across the world, particularly the Muslim community. It would be setting a very dangerous precedent if it feels that disciplinary action and possible dismissal is its preferred course of action in this particular instance. MPACUK Comment: This is what we should expect when the worst, most cowardly Muslims on earth are running many Lancashire Mosques. We salute the Muslims who stood up for Palestine and urge the cowards in the mosques there to launch a campaign to demand the workers be re-instated. This witch hunt would make the Nazis proud. Muslims must get political and start to organise in defence of this type of hate attack, or one day they will eventually come for you. Receiving Emails from Mossad:
Where is Ibrahim Master of the Lancashire Council of mosques, traitor to the Muslims and protege of Jack Straw the Zionazi?
All the poor office-workers did was RECEIVE the email instead of sending it. It just shows the mental level of those who run the Lancs Council---you scratch the surface of an ordinary Brit and you will find disgusting racism underneath.

Imran Karim:
"urge the cowards in the mosques there to launch a campaign to demand the workers be re-instated"
Come on guys, you dont motivate and persuade people - in this case your fellow Muslim brothers - by insulting them. MPAC is right to be angry, but a little tact might prove more fruitful. (caution: the precise reason the workers were suspended or sacked hasnt been revealed yet)

Last Wednesday Lancashire County Council suspended 14 employees for misuse of email. Eleven of the fourteen employees were Muslims. The actual details of the allegations have yet to be presented, however early indications appear to point to the employees receiving an email highlighting the plight of the Palestinians. The email has been deemed to be racist and offensive in nature.
