I dont think many ordinary Muslims realise how serious the situation is, and if allowed to continue, the slipper slope will just get worse.

The demonisation in the press is just the start, and as the ordinary Britush public get brainwashed and conditioned into thinking Islam and Muslims are evil, it wont be that long before Mosques start to get closed down, hijab gets outlawed, and portions of the Quran are banned.

Agreed with the OP's. We must all do our bit to avoid increasing sin. If there are things that Muslims don't like, then only we have the power to change it, and God will help us only if we try to work collectively. If we can somehow form a mini-caliphate with all the main muslim bodies effectively fused together, sort of like what the Zionists have formed in America i.e. AIPAC, ZOA, JINSA etc, then and only then will we have the power to protect our own interests. Unfortunately, this corruption in our Ummah has been prophesized and more turbulent times are yet to come. Peace.
