MPACUK calls for the resurrection of the dead Print E-mail

srebrenica.jpgOnly 14 years ago the worst massacre in Europe since the days of Nazi Germany took place. However, it saddens me to say that so many Muslims today are actually unaware of this horrendous fact. The war between Bosnia and Herzegovina resulted in the slaughter of 200,000 Muslims. Muslims in the west watched silently as Bosnian Serbs overran the supposed "safe haven" of Srebrenica and separated Muslim men and boys from their families and took them away to be killed. Then raped the women there and burnt their babies alive in front of their faces.
It shocks one to actually come to terms with the fact that this happened in our lifetime – when we were alive and in this world. Nothing can undo the hatred left by three years of savage war in Bosnia, of which Srebrenica suffered the worst of many outrages.

A decade ago, the former silver-mining town was overwhelmingly Muslim; today it is almost entirely Serb, largely populated by Serbs uprooted from former homes in Muslim/Croat areas of the country.

The question that one is compelled to ask is how these inactive ‘Muslims’ lived with themselves during these years? ‘Muslims’ in the west are responsible for every single soul that died during that time because they refused to get active and fight for justice and freedom. The above only begs one question that one's mind is so eager to know: How can anyone dare to call themselves ‘Muslim’ whilst allowing such genocide to take place? Only because they were too ignorant to realise the importance of political activism.

What happened during the war between Bosnia and Herzegovina was evidence of the death of the real Islam. The real Islam that taught us to stand forth and fight for justice until our last breath. The Islam that taught us that a Muslim cannot be a Muslim until he wishes for his brother that which he wishes for himself.

Bosnia marks the death of true Muslims who once lived for justice, equality and freedom. Each and everyone of us is living lies. This is not and was not Islam.

So I call for the resurrection of these dead ‘Muslims’. I ask you to return to the true Islam and carry your Jihad. What happened in Bosnia didn’t end there. Since then we’ve had Iraq, Palestine and many more.

I ask, how much more manslaughter will it take for you to understand your duty of jihad? They call you retarded on national television, they call you dogs in the Telegraph and now they’re proudly implementing legislation to ban the Burqa!

Only you are responsible for all of this. Because you chose to hear, watch, tolerate and even justify yourselves. But the one thing you never do is change it.

Islamic Torch:

And do you ever consider the plight of the Muslims in Kashmir and their sufferings - Bosnia has come out of it - there are war crime tribunals in place - and why is it you keep screaming Jihad - the word carries a lot of meaning - don't distort it to fit your little bosnian war - and the answer to your inactive western muslims is I don't concern myself with people of a country who only began to wave the flag of Islam when hte serbs began to attack them - the true muhjahids were the chechens, Palestines, and kashmiris.

@ Islamic Touch:

Regardless of country or ethnicity or who suffered more damage and who's oppressed now - the point of the article is that no Muslim deserves to die when his brothers are able to stop it and they don't. You are a perfect example of these ignorant and stupid Muslims. You're commenting here debating trivial matters without getting the overall message of this article - which btw is extremely important!

I think we can all agree about sufferings in other parts of the world. However, the main point which MPACUK seem to be making is that we should all become politically active. At least at a lobbying level rather than put our heads in the sand. If we don't become politically active, Allah forbid, but they may be another Genocide. Never say never.

And what about the muslims in Darfur - where are the protests about them?

At least the west stepped up to help in Bosnia - couldn't the Islamic countries send in help to Darfur?

The West stepped in?!?....don't make me laugh. The West actively imposed an arms embargo during the Bosnian War preventing the ill-prepared, ill-equipped Bosnian rag-tag army from resisting the murderous Serbian war machine. Only after the Sarajevo siege (10,000+ Bosnians dead), Sebrenicia massacre (8000 Bosnians dead) and the other countless atrocities committed openly by the Serbs did the West finally reluctantly react. If the West had allowed the Bosnians to defend themselves many innocent lives could have been saved. If only Bosnia had oil....Blair & co would have come to the rescue in a flash

Johnson:

"Blair and Co would have come in a flash". What ARE you talking about? It was the Tory policy of non-interventionism, supported by lefty fellow travellers (you know, the ones that Muslims are now joining with in the anti-war movement) that allowed slaughter in the Balkans and it was when Blair and Labour in 1997 were elected that they DID intervene. Please learn some history - it wasn't very long ago!
