What else will Israel do to suppress our freedoms...
The only conclusion drawn so far, is that this is an unprecedented attack on freedom of speech and the sort of censorship we have come to expect from dictatorships, certainly not democracies.    Readers have left 9 comments.

Truly outrageous. I have send the network the following e-mail:
Dear Sirs, I am outraged to learn that you have cancelled George Galloway's popular talk show that goes out every Friday and Saturday at 10:00 p.m. I have also learned from Yvonne Ripley that your reason for doing so and I quote her: "I was told that they were introducing replacement host Ian Collins so he could bring some 'independent coverage' to the situation in Gaza". I am simply appalled by your justification. George Galloway is well known for his outspoken views on the plight of of the people of Iraq and Palestine, a view that is widely shared by a very large section of the British public. This is a blatant attack on our right to free speech and expression. Simply put, your action amounts to nothing less than a censorship of any views that is not in line with Zionist peddled propaganda, which in the absence of any other information, I can only assume that you have fallen prey to. I would therefore urge you to do the only decent thing possible by re-instating George Galloway to talk show. Yours faithfully T Khan

If there is a bias in the UK media at least, its towards the Palestinians. Whilst we are on the subject you would be very very hard pressed to find a Muslim country anywhere that presents an unbiased view on Gaza or indeed on anything

Wrote to George Galloway about the responses from talkSPORT. He says: "I wasn't on holiday of course since I was at the march and rally in support of Palestine.
They chose to put Ian Collins on last week and I will return on Friday and Saturday this week". It looks like they side stepped my question and frankly lied to astroscope.
