Call the police, but let’s be frank here, the chances are they won't do anything positive for you, I would have thought if these guys are clever enough to get your address details, they wouldn’t be stupid enough to leave their fingerprints, but all the same the things I would do is:

1. Alert the police
2 Check the stamp they used, if it’s a sticky one you’re out of luck, if not then there will be traces on DNA if someone licked the stamp (stupid criminals have made this mistake in the past)
3. Don’t forget that these people are very arrogant, hence they would have let that distort their judgement, have a look for anything further the letter may contain.
4. If you feel that this originated from Facebook, you can contact Facebook and they will have logs of IP address that visited your profile and it’s very easy for you to conduct IP traces on the Internet, that will give you a bit more information, also once you have traced someone you suspect, you can run multiple searches (i.e.: email address) and see if they have made similar comments elsewhere.
5. MPAC's own hosting company usually has a cpanel that you can see IP addresses of people visiting the site, but I think that’s a long shot.
6. Depending on the area you live in, there could be CCTV (if the letter was hand delivered) you should pursue the Police if this is the case and contact your local council, bear in mind that they only keep the CCTV for a very short period of time and you get on the case straight away.
