Which mosques does MPACUK actively support as following the Asghar's 3 step reform plan? How many mosques are you supporting?

talk about a village idot: Quote

This young lad from the mpacuk who displays infantile behavior and lack of understanding can bring no change to the Muslim community. He bounces around in obscure jargon which people from the village or oxford university can understand. Wise up and get some education. More importantly we need change of leadership on MAPACUK, otherwise all the little work you are doing will be brought to naught.

I meant MPACUK on the above comment, just in case that guy wants to get away on technicality.

@ Saghir

I do appreciate that the Muslim community is lacking in leadership but looking toward a blind man to show you the way will lead you to an undesirable destination.

You are gracious enough to ask me; what am I doing to help the Muslim community. Well it’s not your business to audit me as to what I do or don’t do; I’m not heading any sort of obscure organization claiming to have beneficial cure for our problems. I take great offence to anyone constantly attacking our elders in an unjust manner.

There are serious problems within the organizational level of our mosques but this guy from mpac is not the answer. Lot more can be done to improve the quality of service within the mosques but shoe string budget is a major constraint. Most of the people who are looking after our mosques are doing it on a voluntary basis and that has to be appreciated.

Who cares what you think, since you are a nobody? If you come onto a website make a point to the public then surely it is fair that the public can ask the finger pointer what on earth he has done.

Simple really or are you stupid as well as a nobody?

Im sorry but if you think that you can hold someone accountable, and you are speaking on a public forum on a public matter, i cant see why you yourself cannot be held accountable.

You seem typical of the ignorant hypocritical muslims who talk but dont do ..

what mosque do you go to, since you are so upset about the so called 'elders' ..what about the palestinian elders who are dying because your power crazed pakistani elders want to control their mosques and not help them.

You dont have a argument, you are ignorant and you dont kjnow islam ...you side the oppresser and not the oppressed.

The MCB has its role and MPACUK has its role. There's no need for argument about anything.

'Practicing Muslims aren't those who pray...' Bro Asghar you are a bit of a pea-brain who lacks the basic Islamic precepts of civility, respect of elders and humility. I've seen you act in this gung-ho manner too many times, in fact you were quite placid in this interview, in previous conversations I remember you calling Mosque elders the mafia, murderers and donkeys. This is why your 'democratic', 'transparent' and 'pluralistic' organisation will stay on the fringes. You lack any sense of Tarbeeyah, Adab and Islamic knowledge. For if you had any of these with a pinch of modesty there wouldn't have been a raven-haired, tight-clothing and body revealing sister stationed at the MPAC stand during the GPU this year. Remember the old saying about setting a good example....And Allah knows best.

Salaam brothers and sisters..rather than personally attacking your fellow muslims..in this case Asghar Bukhari who has got of butt and worked hard to achieve an organisation who passionately want to defend the ummah at large and campaign and lobby against the most evident Islamophobia and vile attacks we all see in this day and age>>HOWEVER I do agree with the people who are not impressed with the style.the vocabulary or image he portrays,But this is not the Issue.the issue that is being put across should be taken on board..Asghar does come across as insensitive sometimes, but this his just the way he is..rather than getting personal ..offer a solution that other readers can take on board which will hopefully be forwarded to Asghar by way of feedback, which in turn might make him think twice and change his stratagem..slickafoe out

Mate stop being so horny and going on about a sister at a stall.

Lower your gaze and get married. Bloody hell! All you can fixate on is her clothes - she's probably done more for the Ummah than you've ever done! Go get a life you sad sad horny man.

Lol, the usual - MPACUK never accepts that its members, including Mr Bukhari, DO act in an abrasive manner and tend to ignore Islamic norms while the "respect the elders" crowd refuse to acknowledge that so many mosques are run by local village "mafias". As to the comment that the mosques are run on a shoestring budget - most well attended mosques raise more in a month than MPACUK raises in a year. Given the amount of work MPACUK does, they deliver value for money above and beyond those of the mosques.
