As the drums of hate beat louder and louder, as our civil liberties are put more and more in danger, the time for action is now. We can no longer sit idle and allow these injustices to continue – but why should we take action? Why should we stand up against injustice? Because Allah commands us to, that’s why. Below are only some quotes from the Qur’an which call for Muslims to stand up for the truth no matter what the cost.

“Did ye think that ye would enter Heaven without Allah testing those of you who fought hard (In His Cause) and remained steadfast?”
The Holy Qur’an, Surah 3 (Surah Al-e-Imran), Verse 142

"Oh yea who believe! Endure, outdo all others in endurance, be ready, and observe, your duty to Allah, in order that you may succeed"

"Surely Allah enjoins the doing of justice and the doing of good (to others) and the giving to the kindred, and He forbids indecency and evil and rebellion; He admonishes you that you may be mindful.”
