Well this time they have outdone themselves. David Cameron’s favourite think tank have actually branded people in the North of the country as failures . Cities like Liverpool and Sunderland are apparently a waste of time and all northerners need to move south to places like Oxford and London, qualifying such madness by saying:
Whilst what they suggest is clearly garbage, to blame Policy Exchange for coming out with this tripe is like blaming a dog for pooping in the park.
