I volunteered to the police, the passport office and the immigration office the information about the loss of my medical notes and that I was concerned about ID theft and did not want to be shot by the police as a possible terrorist following the shooting of Mr Menezes. It was the worst thing that I could have done as the police have treated me as a suspect terrorist ever since, and my family and I have been stigmatised by the local community, my privacy and that of my family has been breached and we have been exposed to a threat that did not exist before my volunteered information to the police, i.e. we have been targeted by the police and the local community as potential terrorists and our lives are being ruined. My movements are permanently being monitored from the moment I leave my home to go anywhere to the point I get home - this is done by the use of local taxi firms placing cars parked at a certain point along my route home to ensure that I am going home. My telephone line has been bugged, and when I raised this with the telephone provider about a particular anomaly, they confirmed that the police did have the tools to override certain functions that allowed them to tap into my telephone line. I have asked the telecomms company to put this in writing to me which they were very reluctant to do and very reluctant to investigate the anomaly that would identify the 3rd party who was tapping into my telephone line. There is other evidence that I have gathered over time such as my car being turned inside out when she was maliciously damaged and had to be sent to a garage for 3 days and 2 nights just for a respray and the timing belt changing. The point is that the strain on me is beginning to tell because the initial litigation has become complicated as a barrister experienced in civil and employment matters who assisted me pro bono to start the EAT appeal has confirmed that the barrister who represented me at the employment tribunal was professionally negligent (it can be inferred/seen from the evidence that there was collusion). The EAT administration initially stated that I had not supplied the judgment and written reasons when lodging the EAT retracted this statement when it was proven that I had sent the judgment and written reasons, i.e. article 6 has not been observed either by the ET or the EAT and I have made this point to them. I am still waiting for the EAT to decide whether they will allow my appeal having proven that I did send all of the relevant documentation, having proven the clerk lied about not having received the judgment and written reasons and having proven these are exceptional circumstances. It is all very complicated, and it also happens to be a very high value claim, as evidenced by the unanimous testimony of the respondent’s medical expert and the court appointed medical experts. The police persecution of treating me as a suspect and that they can potentially arrest me and hold me for 42 day just on a suspicion (of my voluntary disclosure that my medical records had gone missing) is destroying my family and what little is left of my health. I have been told that there is nothing I can do to stop the police treating me as a terrorist indefinitely until I have been arrested and then released without charge as there is no evidence, there never has been any evidence and there never will be any evidence that either my family or I have anything to do with terrorist plots or organisations unless the police stitch me up as they did Ali Dizeai. Muslims come in all different shapes, sizes and colours and variations of belief but what does not change is that we are all Muslims. The police do not tell the truth when monitoring a suspect, they just tell the local community enough to lodge hysteria and doubt about a person being a suspect, I am certain that they did not inform the local community that I had lost my personal data and that I had volunteered the information. Furthermore, as they rely on the Information commisioners assistance in being able to withold details of any surveillance on the basis of 'threat to the national security' the police are allowed to harass innocent victims without ever having to disclose any malicious persecution until they make an arrest, see the cases of Rizwaan Saabir and Ali Dizeai. What is really disgusting is using the Muslim community to turn against Muslims and the community not even questioning the truth of what the police tell them – see Rizwaan Saabir and Ali Dizeai (legal representative was Sadiq Khan) and many others. The police fabricated evidence against Ali Dizeai and eventually when he was cleared, Andy Hyam the corrupt police official resigned when he was being investigated. Also, the Information Commissioner has given the Police the authority to treat all suspects like this, without any legal standing until arrested but the damage is already done when the party is innocent. Muslims are being made the subject of an abuse of police process and breach of Human Rights, again Sadiq Khan when he was bugged when visiting a constituent in prison. The police wear a uniform but my own experience of them is that they like to look after their own - quite similar to the way the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal have operated to date. How did reporting your medical record as lost, lead to all this! Acudubiliah. They say silence is golden, why should they Muslim community cooperate.
The more you try to appear normal and get on with life, the more they follow you about, abuse you and make your life impossible. The sad fact is, there is nothing you can do about this case as an individual or even as a community, it is far too late for those being targeted now. All we can do is team up to ensure better protection and support in the future for those people who are unlucky enough to be targeted. I wonder what would happen if all the Muslims in the UK (okay even 10% of the Muslims here) started to act suspiciously, they cannot arrest us all :D Maybe we can overload the system. Turn up at Paddington Green and demand to all be arrested. They might let us have some sort of life after that. May Allah make it easier for you and all others in the same situation as you.

i just cant get over the fact that you would go to the police to volunteer information for no real reason as far as i can ascertain.
it just confuses me , even more so when you start talking about police corruption whilst your main complaint is that youve become uks number one terrorist suspect. nothing surprises me, but what is it youre trying to say about your case exactly?

I would like to let you know what has happened to me following a voluntary disclosure to the police and other organisations about my missing personal data. A précis of my situation is that I have been in litigation with my employer for the last 3 years. The position is that partway through the litigation my legal representative mislaid my medical records and at the time there was a huge story about the CD loss by the child protection agency and the HRM customs and excise agency.
