jihadlogo.jpg Having read up on the atrocities, and the illegal treatment of Palestinians, you are no doubt looking for way to make some of the wrong, right.

Look no further. Here is a list of some of the actions that you can take, to do something for them.


Short Term – Raising the profile of the Palestininan Nakba

Though the day of the Nakba was the the 15th May, the whole of this year commemorates the 60th year of ethnic cleansing, and displacement. You can allocate any day of this year to do the following things:

  1. Download leaflets to be distributed to people you know

  2. Contact MPACUK and arrange for us to give a talk to your local community

  3. Spread the word about the Boycott Israel Campaign

  4. Encourage your favourite newspaper to do a feature on the Nakba

  5. Write letters to local and international Newspapers about the Nakba

  6. Hold prayers in your local Mosque

  7. Get friends, family and neighbours to light a candle in the window

Long Term – Making a real difference

  1. Read material and watch documentaries to understand what happen, and what's still happening today.
To mark 60 years since the Palestinian Nakba, Friends of Al-Aqsa have produced a publication titled 'The Palestinian Nakba, 60 Years of Catastrophe'. The electronic copy can be disctributed for free.

Whatever you do... doing SOMETHING is better than NOTHING.

Doing something BENEFICIAL, is better than doing just ANYTHING.
