A Buckinghamshire man charged over an alleged plot to blow up
transatlantic airliners has been granted bail. Donald Stewart-Whyte,
22, who is currently being detained at Belmarsh
high security prison, appeared via video-link at Kingston Crown Court.
Stewart-Whyte, of High Wycombe, is one of 13 men charged over the
alleged plan to attack planes leaving UK airports.
"Mixed views on this one.
Good thing he has been given bail....after close to 17 months being
incarceration , I presume the MET hav'nt been able to fabricate...oops
I mean find enough evidence to build a case....and thats after we were
told that a suitcase (which was found in adjacent woods to the house
were the arrests were made) contained a bomb making factory.
And yet the only media that has covered the story is on teletext!
What a contrast compared to when the arrests were first made in summer '06....with the full glare of the worlds media.
Maybe its a breaking news, and will get the coverage it should...but i'm not going to hold ny breath.
