For all you Muslims who fail to acknowledge the FARD Jihad…For those who ignore the cries of Palestine…For all you who are too ‘busy’ and pacified to be active in defending Islam…

SUCCESS as MPACUK launched a relentless campaign against Oxfam for over four months. MPACUK demanded Oxfam terminate their contract with pro-Zionist Starbucks – a multinational coffee chain which is a financial asset to Israel’s oppression upon the Palestinians!

Starbucks chair, Howard Schultz, is an open Zionist activist who financially supports and vocally agrees with Ariel Sharon’s tyrannical rule over innocent Palestinians. 

One of Mr. Shultz many activities include organising annual fundraisers for the Israeli military called 'Bowl 4 Israel'. His work as a propagandist for Israel has been warmly praised by the Israeli Foreign Ministry as being vital to Israel's long term public relations success.


And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you... (V.2:I9O).

After striving for over four months in this Jihad, Allah SWT granted us victory as Oxfam listened to the hundreds of calls made about the hypocritical action to work in partnership with pro-Zionists Howard Shultz and Starbucks.

"Oxfam GB and Starbucks UK are in a one year collaboration which will come to an end in September 2005.  The collaboration provides support to coffee farmers in Ethiopia and enables Starbucks and Oxfam to share knowledge."

What a message this portrays to the world…Muslims will not take injustice laying down. We will fight each and every Islamaphobic act and injustice inflicted upon our religion. With the help of our Lord, we shall never fail to ‘enjoin the right, forbid the wrong.’

Well done to all those who participated in this Jihad for the defense of the oppressed Palestinians. Thanks to our hard work and perseverance, Oxfam will not be renewing their contract with Starbucks after hundreds of angry Muslims bombarded them with complaints. This proves yet again what MPACUK are trying to portray across to the Ummah - we must unite and fight all oppression…inshAllah may Allah SWT reward us with many more victories against Islamaphobia and injustice acts…Ameen.

'If you march not forth, He will punish you with a painful torment and will replace you by another people and you cannot harm Him at all, and Allah is Able to do all things' (V 9:39).

Please email/ring Barbara Stocking and Sam Barret to ensure they know how thankful we are that Oxfam have decided not to continue in partnership with Starbucks.

Please also include the following points:

  • This is a positive step and we are very grateful for the termination of any future collaboration with Starbucks after September 2005.

    • However, Oxfam should also immediately cancel any affiliation with Starbucks in light of the evidence that has been presented with regards to Starbucks and Howard Schultz. We feel that it would be very hypocritical and in contradiction to Oxfam adhering to humanitarian values and principles as this is what has always guided them throughout history. We will be keeping a close eye on their future dealings with Starbucks.
