Of course the Israelis planned their 1967 strike, it had been their policy since 1956 that any attempt to block the Straits of Tiran would be a defacto declaration of war and they planned for that eventuality. It's logical, obvious and well known!
A pre-emtive strike is not inherently an unplanned attack, it is merely an attack that preempts an attack by the enemy. In this instance the Israelis broke Egyptian codes and knew what they were planning. Hence when they attacked they were able to destroy the Egyptian airforce on the ground almost ready to take off. If you care to scan the Israeli newspapers readily available on the internet and sometimes quoted by MPACUK you would see that the IDF is planning for the next potential conflicts. It would be bloody stupid if it didn't, and not matter how awful the IDF might be it is not stupid.

They should also know that humiliating defeats that Hamas and Hezbollah have subsequently heaped on Israel have only been possible with their strong faith in Islam.

The Muslims plan nothing.. not even for a war the rich states `Play' with the warplanes they buy to show off .. whilst the everyone else wants to learn how to use them ..properly and of course against the playing and sleeping Muslims .. the state of the Ummah ..
