Well let it be clear that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated, if I witness it I will carry out a citizen arrest - as the person would have committed an indictable offence of assault on a female with the added aggravating feature of religious hatred. And if the person resists, under the criminal law act a person detaining a suspect can use reasonable force, whatever force is used as long as it is deemed reasonable. An example would be if the suspect tried to pull away and you throw him to the ground and then twsit his arm up his back and place your knee into his back and apply pain until he / she complies or until the Police arrive - thats okay.

Somehow i think the law against incite to hatred and violence is to be used against muslims only otherwise i would like to know why jack straw has not been arrested for incitement to violence and hatred against a minority.

And how can you complain about the way 'mainstream' western society views you when you have a clear division in your own minds between those who are muslim & those who are not.
