Earlier this week MPACUK released an article about a certain Mr Seth Stein who while waiting for a flight to take off was grabbed in a head-lock and physically and verbally abused by a passenger claiming to be a New York police officer. Here are some of the more disturbing comments that were posted on the MPACUK website.
Why would we hope that? The ordeal that Mr Stein had to deal with was not in retaliation for any thing he peddled if anything he peddled interior design! If he peddled anything else it wasn’t relevant to the story or the responses. In trying to highlight that this climate of fear has made an environment where people who “look Muslim”, not just Muslims, can be targeted. MPACUK tried to highlight that hate has a way of finding targets and that we are all together in this troubling time, if the target could have been a Christian, Agnostic or Atheist would the response have been the same?
Let’s imagine for a second that the person had been a Muslim, other than the members of the Community Security Trust (A pro-Israeli vigilante group) or the BNP, no sane person would have posted.
“Hilarious!”
However a sane person did, these types of comments are normally reserved for Muslims by Zionists and Islamophobes and the rest of us are left shaking our head in disdain but at least with a moral steadfastness that keeps us above of the sewer of effluent aimed at us.
“Hilarious!” Hmmm, no it’s not, if anything it is deeply depressing that the airlines are allowing members of the public the licence to intimidate other innocent passengers with no more evidence than the colour of their skin and a gut feeling. In this case Mr Stein happened to be Jewish, so rather than shock, empathy or horror, the comments posted resounded with a deep uncomfortable resonance of anti-Semitism. MPACUK allow Islamophobic stuff to go up, because it allows Muslims to see what nasty opinions are out there but to date we have not had to pull any comments that are anti-Semitic as the genuine Muslims and non-Muslims who post on the website have more sense than to gloat when misfortune befalls individuals. The comments weren’t anti-Semitic but they did lack a certain human empathy that normally results in support for the victims of hate. And the question the contributors have to ask themselves is why? The last comment was the first to be posted and it said it all. The impression that all Jews are some how responsible for Islamophobia, the current climate of hatred aimed at us, and Israel’s atrocious policies, are some how rolled up in the head lock Mr Stein found himself in, is ludicrous and contemptible.
No we don’t need to see more of that, we need to be more than that, we need to attain a higher ideal and stand firm against oppression and support victims of injustice whatever their faith. Today we the members, readers and supporters of the Palestinians need to reflect, and ask ourselves when did we start to sound like fascists and Zionists?
What do we need to do is change that. We cannot allow their hatred to turn us into a reflection of themselves, and we cannot allow Mr Stein to become a poster-boy for our frustration at the position we find our selves in. Readers have left 12 comments.

Correction Needed:
The "Community Security Trust" is not as this article claims a "pro-Israeli vigiltante group". The CST should not be associated in any way with the BNP. The CST is cited by the Metropolitan Police a model of how a minority community should work towards ensuring their own security. It is a matter of fact that Jewish places of worship, schools, old people's home and cemeteries are subject to attack by various anti-semetic groups. The CST provides community safety patrols. In light of the increasing number of attacks by anti-Muslims it would perhaps be more appropriate of the MCB or another community body actually sought cooperation with the Jewish community to create a Muslim version of CST. The above are facts and can be easily verified by searching the internet

Excellent article! It is essential from both the moral and strategic standpoints that Muslims do not fall into the mirror image of Islamophobia. No one should want to see innocent people of any faith or race suffer the indignity to which Mr Stein was subjected.
Those who post gloating and/or sectarian comments should realise that they are simply aiding Islamophobes such as the BNP and others. All such comments do is to aid Islamophobic propaganda that Muslims are bigoted savages. Surely the whole point of the story is to show that many 'security' related incidents on planes are open to racist/sectarian abuse, leading to the victimisation of the innocent. Far from gloating over Mr Stein's ordeal, those who published nasty comments would do better to send him messages of support, wishing his proposed lawsuit against the airline and the mysterious 'police officer' who assaulted him every success. After all, if successful, innocent Arabs and Muslims are less likely to endure the same abuse as he suffered.

First of all the comments posted about the article where nothing more than mildly inappropriate. There really is no need for exaggeration especially compared to what is written about Muslims by certain people.
Secondly if these comments were so offensive why did MPAC choose to display them? Just so MPAC could then give the boring and woefully overused rise-above-it-we're-better-than-that-keep-the-moral-high-ground-love-those-who-hate-you speech? Sorry to say yet another example of how MPAC have got it wrong.

I am a Jew and I would like to congratulate MPAC for tackling such issues. Although the Zionists are up in arms that MPAC have taken the step of eradicating this type of intolerance within it's own online community, it's a good step towards challenging Anti-Semitism as well.
If you visit Zionist or Pro-Israeli run blogs you can see the intolerance against the Muslims on there, but what do you expect, Zionists are Zionists. They do not care about anyone apart from themselves. Again from a Jewish Visitor thanks for at least tackling intolerance on your website.

Sometimes we are own worst enemies. When we let our hearts do the talking and donot engage our minds first.
I think we have to understand one thing, and if I have just burst the bubble on this article, then I apologise. But there are other articles which are printed by MPACUK and do get some real low ballers - I am guility of putting those comments. But we can't turn the tap off when the comments are made against Muslims and turn the tap on when comments are made against non-muslims...like the Pope or the certain MP's or State leaders etc. I say it is advantegous to allow these comments to be printed - as long as they are not racist / abusive / or sexist / or carry any theme which would be harmful. And as for Jewish dude, if he is Jewish then his comments have been most welcoming - as is Anthony's comments.

I've always said that if we duplicate the activities of the Zionists we become like them thereby justifying the evil that they perpetrate.
What's worse is that when we defend ourselves violently, they claim that the thier activities are a response to our response when in fact they started it. Now I know what is meant by "Publish and be damned" - it's Zionist in origin ye know "just do it" or "carry on regardless" and "don't believe all you read". The latter was probably coined after the Zionists took over the printed media. Before the Zionists took over the financial centres of the world, the non-Zionists used to say "my word is my bond". With Zionists ruling the roost, nobody can take any chances because Zionists renege on their deals, they lie and cheat, and rob you out of house and home in broad daylight and with gratitutious violence - the original terrorists. They will also terrorise anybody who befriends people they don't like. The Pres.
