As the Apartheid state of Israel attacks the civilian population of Lebanon, Muslims once again are running around like headless chickens.

As usual there are calls for “marches” and “donating money” to charities for humanitarian causes. Some groups point to these things as the primary need of the time.

But stop and think for a second. Those bombs were made in the USA with components from Britain. Britain gave 150 new export licences for weaponry to Israel, exporting twice as many weapons as it did in 2004. 

Now think more deeply oh Muslims, both Britain and America, Israel’s most powerful allies, refused to demand Israel stop its war crimes against the Lebanese people. In short, these countries were the only countries that could have forced Israel to stop, but instead of a firm voice in support of the victims they gave the victimiser the green light. 

The reason they did this is not hard to unearth. Both countries have significant pro Israeli communities who have created powerful lobbies to push Israel’s agenda. They have worked for years to gain influence in the corridors of power. Muslims have always slept until the crisis was upon them and then complained that the Government’s movers and shakers were not listening. Unlike the pro Israeli lobby no long term planning was ever done.

MPACUK was created to counter these powerful lobbies, and give us some influence to turn around and push back against a one sided foreign policy.

We at MPACUK would like to ask you a simple question. If you could choose one of the following, which would it be...? Would you a) fund a hospital in Lebanon so that the children can receive medical aid for the wounds the bombs have inflicted upon them, or, b) stop the bombs falling in the first place...?

Only a political lobby powerful and well funded enough to counter the pro Israeli political machine in the west can stop the bombs. The logic could not be simpler.
