Now imagine if British born Muslims ran the mosques - Muslims that actually understood British society. Imagine if these people worked with MPACUK and started to get Britain's 2000 Mosques to open their doors and invite non-Muslims to ask them questions about Islam... Imagine if our leaders were able to refute misconceptions in the media as and when they happened.

really surprised when I see bias reporting on Fox, Sky, or even the BBC, but I
was taken aback with what I saw on Al Jazeera English this afternoon.

When the neoconservatives don’t have any convenient
facts to hand they make them up. Their ideology calls for this and it
is known as the “noble lie”. Since they “know best” the public need not
concern themselves with mere issues such as the truth. Their mission
necessitates having a large, capable and relentless enemy so that they
can implement their policies and put America on a permanent war path.
The events on September 11th 2001 gave them the excuse they were
looking for - hence the “global war on terror”.
Channel 4 will be airing the Dispatches documentary, It Shouldn't Happen to a Muslim, next Monday 7th July at 9pm, which investigates the rise of violence, intolerance and hatred against British Muslims since the 7/7 London Bombings. We encourage you to view the program and write in to C4 and either congratulate them if it's well made, or complain if it misrepresents us. Be active about your media representation.
As a relatively new member of MPACUK, I am incredulous as to the lack of reasoning that so many
people seem to display. I have read numerous comments in our articles
section which seems to demonstrate how hung up people are with external
markers of faith and piety.
MPACUK Comment: Zionists, as we all know, will sink to any depth but Zionism and Judaism are two separate things. People who care for the Palestinians must never casually mix the two things up. To prove the point (if any were needed), Zionist Lyn Julius’ article has provoked a stern response from Jews who do not share her disgusting views. Here is just one of them that seeks to inject some honesty into the issue rather than the drivel pumped spewed out by JJAC.
One of the comments on our recent article 'So what makes a practicing Muslim?' was posted by an Imran Khan. He implies that MPACUK members have no right to fight injustice because some may not have a beard or may be less than perfect Muslims. Read on for the comment in full and have your say.

is Free section of the Guardian where she bemoans a “Jewish
Nakba” in Arab nations following the ethnic cleansing of the
Palestinians by the Zionists. Dancing in the blood of the Palestinians,
Julius conveniently “forgets” that Jewish populations live today in
Iran and Morocco. Egypt also has long had populations of Jews, Coptic
Christians and Greek Orthodox.
So it looks like Muslim bashing is once again being seen as the litmus
test of whether America is strong on security or not. The question
asked to a top McCain aid, Charlie Black, in an interview with Fortune magazine produced the astonishing assertion that a terror attack would help the Republican candidate win the election.
I read many comments under the recent article which I wrote
explaining why I despised so many “practicing” Muslims. I didn’t find a
single logical counter argument, yes some people moaned, but none of
the comments that were opposed to it in my mind had a logical counter
to my central argument which was that the vast majority who often
called themselves "practicing" were doing everything but actually
practicing.
Brown met with his master, Bush last week and dutifully replicated
Blair’s stance of puppy-dog obedience for the Zionist cause, (well it’s
sure to secure him a well paid preposterously inappropriate position
like Blair, after he’s been booted out of office, oh sometime very
soon).

A précis of my situation is that I have been in litigation with my employer for the last 3 years. The position is that partway through the litigation my legal representative mislaid my medical records and at the time there was a huge story about the CD loss by the child protection agency and the HRM customs and excise agency.

The way to counter Islamophobia, the 21st century institutionalised
racism, is Unite and Fight. If 'they' (govt and media) see a small
number of Muslims demonstrating, they can portray them as 'extremists'
or 'jihadis'. If they see a huge bunch of people standing all together,
