M. A. Yusufzai:
The
times has come when these criminals must be condemned from mosques and
by every Muslim organisations in extremely strong language. Instead of going to heaven, as these criminals think, they are preparing to go to hell. One fails to understand what makes them believe that by taking innocent lives they will be rewarde by God. They are nothing but cowards with suicidal tendencies. For God's sake, whatever the reason, we must admit that we have such misguided cowards amongst us. Only when we admit that there is an illness then we will be able to cure it. Thos who have any sympathay with these coward beasts, my message to them is that, be they the perpetrators of 7/7 or the plottors of other such tragedies, the way you are hated by everyone, including the Muslims, is a clear sign of your definit punishment when you appear before the Almighty. The way God made one of you naked in today's attempt and everyone is watching you lying humiliated on the ground is yet another sign of God's punishment for you. Come to your senses idiots. How much blood do you need to quinch your thrust. By these acts you are not helping anyone only adding to problems and defaming Islam and Muslims.

YES....we condemn all terrorist action!
Repeat that David if you dare. By the way, has anyone thought that the recent attacks in the UK could be the work of Iranian agents who are retaliating for the alleged US/UK terror attacks in Iran? If that is the case, should Muslims be apologising, or should the UK's foreign minister or Iran's ambassador?

Muslims in the U.K have nothing to apologise for just like christians do not have to apologise for the slaughter in iraq and afghanistan in their name.
british citizens of all communities need to condemn violence in all its forms be it from individual or governments. a wrogn act is wrong whether i do it or someone else.

ROB, do you really think that the Iraq war is being carried out in the name of Christianity?

Thomas,
The poor soldiers who are having to fight Bushe's and Blair's war in Iraq are not fighting it in the name of Christianity. But those who imposed this war on poor Iraqis, ie Bush-Blair, definitely did it in the name of Christianity but they did not have the courage to say so.

M. A. Yusufzai,
Though a Christian Iraq might be dreamed of by some Christian extreamists in the US goverment, I sincerely doubt that this is the main reason for the war, surly if it was in the name of Christianity then wouldn't we be seeing forced conversions to Christanity, churchs being built and a growing christan populaion in these two countries? and if christianity is the reason then why? what would be the point of it all

Anjem Choudry making threats of more terrorism in UK (WND).
If islam continues to use terrorism and continues to threaten, the Brits,Americans, and others will arm themselves with Biblical Christianity and will be in islam's face. if that leads to a religious war so be it.

Thomas,
I did not say everyone in Iraq is on a crusade. However, as I said before, and as you have agreed to some extent, the war monger Bush has no doubt in his mind that this is his crusade. Do you not remember his interview in which he said God had come to him and ordered him to liberate Afghanistan and Iraq? It was him who used the word crusade before attacking Iraq. As for Blair, his mission is to cause pain to Muslims by whatever way he can; kighting Salman Rushdie is the latest example. To You Nigel Gordon, There is no difference between the fanaticism of Bush and Binladin; Anjum Choudhry and you. People like you and Anjum Choudhry look for opportunities to incite religious hatred.

M.A.,
All this can stop by Islam leaving the west and the world alone.Muslims cannot and will not get away with using religion without being challenged with Biblical Christianity. We have the right to defend ourselves with "religion" and Biblical Christianity is what works against Islam.

Why do I like the MPACUK? Why do I like Asghar? Because I know he says what he truly feels and believes and does'nt say one thing to one and another to another. He does not talk with 'forked tongue'.
I just watched a press conference by the Muslim Council of Great Britain with Dr. Daud Abdullah among others complimenting the security services. Is this the same Dr. Daud Abdullah I ask who at a press conference in Baghdad at the time of Ken Bigley called on Iraqis to attack US and UK forces? Salma.

Thomas president bush said god told me to liberate the iraqis and afghans and he further said that this was a crusade then what is left to say.
the soldiers wrote on bombs being dropped on iraq if Allah does not listen try Jesus, since bush claims to be a born again evangelical christian and he has the votes of millions of them it is fair to say that they envisage a war in the middle east for their rapture to happen so that they can be saved. if that is still not proof then what more can i say.

ROB, maybe a tiny percentage of Evanglican Christians who are hell bent on a world dominated by Christianity did that, but there is nothing to suggest that this practice was followed by all, is there actualy any evidence that Bush has literaly stated that "God told me to spread Christianity to Iraq"?
No, and until i hear something along the lines of that iam skeptical that this was the mian and only reason for the invasion. The word "crusade" is also misleeding, for example, a teacher could be on a crusade to improve attendance in a school. the word does not nessesarily have any direct connection to Christianity as such

Community problems: As a non-Muslim, but a humanist, it is understandable how sad and anxious many Muslims feel at the present time. And as a Jew I also understand how sad it must be to see your fellow co-religionists killed in the territories, and understand the anger that comes from seeing this. All communities have problems within that unique to them. The British Black community knows it has problems with gang violence and lack of school achievement, and many within the community are working to help. The Jewish, Hindu and Sikh communities struggle with losing their young to increasing materialism and a “celebrity” culture. The white working class communities of this country have seen a damning report on the state of education and lack of achievement and family cohesion. And it pains me to say it has become clear that the Muslim community in this country is battling with the problem of extremism. All community issues, black, Sikh to Jew, pervade through all families. No one is spared. People have friends and family they know who suffer. Like all problems in life, the only way to solve them is to face them head on, admit they exist, do not find excuses or blame others. In short, one must take responsibility for their problems. I know many Muslims and know first hand that the Muslim community has the quality of people and the strength of character to be able to overcome this cancer of extremism which has spread so deep within it. This is a brilliant article, by a brave man and deserves to be read. From the horses mouth himself - it is indoctrination, not occupation that creates suicide bombers, and it people like George Galloway and Ken Livingstone who encourage the dangerous narrative that it is "Israel and West's foreign policy" that is the real cause. This article was in the most unlikely of papers - the Observer. Please read with an introspective heart. I am sure many will be able to empathise with his story… http://observer.guardian.co.uk/comment/story/0,,2115832,00.html

Thomas thankyou for admitting that a tiny minority may think that way and also for stating crusade has many meanings exactly what i have been saying.
do not label the majority because of the tiny minority its good we can agree on basic facts. jason good begining but in the end you gave away your real feelings, you have heard of the saying what goes up must come down, just like that actions have reactions. no occupation no violence, end occupation end the violence period.

Jason - you mention the problems of black people, jewish people, hindu people, sikh people, white people.
As a supposed humanist writing about all types of people, I am surprised that you do not mention racism and how evil it can be. You also are another that seems to think that all muslims are responsible for the actions of a few which is all well and good if you want to fragment and divide the muslim community.

Quote
The Muslim community condemns nobody and no one; until such time as comprehensible public investigation is carried out on the 7/7 bombings. You can scream, rant and rave all day without a need for a response from the Muslim community.
It’s been well over five years since the attack of Iraq and Afghanistan without anybody brought to justice for the mass murder of civilians in those two independent nations. Their entire county was set a blaze with Bombs, chemical weapons, torture and discriminate Killings and it still continues. This recent so called bombings was not even a fart in the wind but it got to your nose quickly. Get you sense of criminality in perspective before you start making irresponsible noises like a great Hog.
