World Watches as Lebanon and Palestine Destroyed. Four weeks on and the UN and international community are still wavering over a resolution. How many more innocent lives must be lost before the world will take a stand against the state terrorism of Israel? Why hasn’t Tony Blair demanded an immediate ceasefire? Already almost a thousand killed in Lebanon, a million displaced and country’s infrastructure systematically destroyed. The targeted destruction of bridges and roads, along with Israeli imposed curfews is preventing aid reaching the suffering civilians and will worsen the humanitarian crisis. And now, the Israeli cabinet has approved an army plan to expand its ground offensive in southern Lebanon.

What is so obscene and offensive is that many of the Friends of Israel do not want to call for an immediate ceasefire whilst innocent Lebanese Muslims are being slaughtered, Blair and many in the Labour party included. The reason is that innocent Israeli civillians must be able to live without being attacked.
Blair and many in the Labour party put the blame for Israeli agression and bombing of innocent civilians on Hezbullah as well as Syria and Iran and yet it is not and has not ever been possible to bombard from the air without knowing that innocent civillians will die and suffer and so it is a case of some lives being more valuable than others for Blair. The right of Israel to defend itself (with the help of arms from Us via uk) has also been argued but the fact that any right of self defense must be proportionate has been totally and unashamedly ignored. Put another way if you occupy what someone else considers to be their land then what is likely to happen. If Israel was invaded and if what it considered to be its land occupied does Blair think that they should just sit back and let it all happen or would he help them fight the invaders, having already ensured they are armed to the teeth. If Britain was invaded Blair seems to say that we should not fight back but just sit back and take it all. How pathetic.

Extremism is created directly from foreign policy, look at America and its foreign policy. Look at Israel! Look at the millions of Muslims that have been slaughtered over the last 50 years! Now American, its allies and its supposedly democratic nations have stood, watched and in some cases supported!
Yet you say take out extremism to us moderates, how can we when the cause is related directly to you. For instance September 11th, typically you blame al Qaeda yet you believe everything you hear and accept it. Typical response the government expects, learn and research world affairs yourselves and maybe you might learn what’s going on around the world
