On the 13th July’s edition of ‘This Week’ Maureen Lipman made the shocking claim that Arab blood was cheaper than Israeli blood. Further, the only person to respond was MP Dianne Abbot calling the comment, ‘unfair’. However, it seems that it is rather the fact that such a comment was allowed on the BBC which is actually unfair. Please complain about this outrageous, racist comment by actress and columnist Maureen Lipman on BBC 1's This Week programme of 13 July, in which she said:
Of the This Week team - Andrew Neil, Dianne Abbott and Michael Portillo - only Abbott responded, calling the comment "unfair", before Neil quickly moved the discussion along. Please let the BBC know that such racism is unacceptable, and that you demand an official statement from the corporation condemning Lipman's comment and apologising for the offence caused. I want to know why is Maureen Lipman so supportive of Israel Look what Jon Stewart 'The Daily Show'are doing there clips are all over the web.Jon Stewart appeared on CNN's Crossfire what he has done to the host. Comedy Central's Stephen Colbert of 'Colbert Report',just do a search and you will c what he has done to GW BUSH on his face, and what he has done to neo-conservative Bill Kristol on the Project For the New American Century. If this is what she said then it's no worse than what was originally mentioned. This is appalling, is every muslim a terrorist? Is every muslim a suicide bomber? Is every lebanese person a terrorist suicide bomber? Does that include babies? How stupid a statement is that! I know no muslim who takes life as cheap, this is awful, what is this supposed to mean? That you may as well kill us all because we don't matter?! That we have no feelings, that we don't love or feel loss? I like many muslims hate terrorism, and being half Irish I know only too well being a terrorist does not mean being muslim. When these people who are not following the right path will realise that they are not only not following the quran they are inflicting suffering but they are also giving ammunition to rascist, small minded people to generalise and attack Islam. It's funny that America and Israel can go around causing suffering and killing children and innocent people without it being a problem! Very strange that you have to be oriental, black, communist or muslim to always be the villain. Sad

They can't even get the name right KHIZbuLLah. Anyway nice one Israel your war against terror seems to be targeting so called terrorist (women, children and the frail), i think the Israeli commandos need to go to spec savers (lol).

Please do nail this hypocritical woman! She is one who was a left-wing supporter of Labour party policies yet sent her own daughter to a £12,000 a year exclusive private school - I believe Amy went to Queen's College & now makes a nice living crowing about it! Meanwhile the rest of us are condemned to comprehensives thanks to the like of Lipman!
