MPACUK Are Wrong About Voting - They Are All The Same! Print E-mail
Wednesday, 16 April 2008

287763_beauty_of_writing.jpgA respected reader of the MPACUK website felt MPACUK was wrong about demanding Muslims to vote, here is his rebuttal. Once again we ask Muslims to remind themselves how little Mosque Leaders allow themselves to be disagreed with without acting like thugs. MPACUK leads the way in allowing even those who we totally disagree with us to have their say:

Dear MPACUK,

Pause your overworked brains for just minute guys!!!!!!

Let’s look at the facts:

Muslims like me do not vote simply because, there is no political party in the country which represents the views of a Muslim. Before you start protecting your beloved Labour Party and respect, might I say they definitely do not represent any Muslim views. I’ve heard countless amounts of time the idea that the Jews are ahead of us and their influence is widespread because they have infiltrated every political medium. What sheer evil! I am a Muslim, I have supreme belief in Allah SWT and his beloved Messenger SAW. I do not need political influence to persuade the Non Muslim figures to sympathise with my cause even when I know they don't give a damn and will listen to anyone to get a vote through.

It is a fact that when you vote for Labour or are a so called Moderate Muslim, eager to become a Councilor of your local borough, you will stand beside those who are responsible for the War and killing of innocent Muslims.

"Allah shall judge you by every atom of your action, however small or big, on the Day of Judgement".

Let's assume you are correct that voting is not haram!, fine give me a Muslim party akin to the Brotherhood in Egypt, than I may feel inclined to go out and tick a ballot paper, until than there’s nothing MPAC can say that will change my mind.

Fact: Labour went to WAR
Fact: Conservatives supported it
Fact: Liberal Democrats support the Troops

Dear Muslims, our boys are not the British Troops, wake up from your mentality, our boys are the innocent stone throwing Palestinian children being killed for just that one action.

And before you shout HT, I am not a member of HT or any other group, I am a Muslim of this Ummah which is bleeding everyday, and by Allah a vote for your silly parties will not help my Ummah one little bit.

Shamsur

In 2003 MPAC's campaign helped get Sarah Teather (Lib Dem) elected with a nearly 30% swing away from Labour, because of the anti-war voters in Brent East. (We read about it on this website!!!)

Sarah Teather has been outstanding in campaigning in Parliament for our brothers in Gauntanamo, and it is because of the efforts of people like her that the British nationals and residents who were caged in Guantanamo are now home with their families. If the pro-war Labour candidate had won that election I doubt he would have lifted a finger to stop Guantanamo.

Look at the facts before your say politics doesn't hold the power to help our Ummah.

Oh for heavens sake MPAC - letting a person that is so politically naive its unbelievable have their own article is just silly!

I hope you will be putting up someones comment who actually is pro voting and knows what he is saying!

Boris the Zionist is in the lead - comments like this only help him.

MPAC must allow comments and publish articles that counter this or a great deal of harm will come of it to the community.

sometimes I wonder if groups that propogate disengagement are doing the work of the zionists unwittingly. and if so are their leaders aware of the common goals they share.

Zionist do not want an empowered ummah, and HT are delivering on that. is the link explicit or implicit? or just coincidental that they shares objectives.

if leaders were accountable, HT real leadership, not the local monkeys would have to answer that question.

The man is pricipled but not pragmatic.

Perhaps if a muslim fundraiser had an office in the homeoffice like Lord Levy then the gears or war could have been halted. I respect the brothers stance but non participation is the biggest weapon in the hands of agenda driven political elite/lobbists who wish to perpetuate their form of 'tyranny' upon us all.

We need to get involved to even stand a chance of getting 'posotive' influence.

We live in this society we have a duty to make sure it is the best society it could possibly be, not only for us but for future generations. By US not makign that change somebody else is and I ask you, do you really wana live in some fake hypocritical toffs visosn of britian??

Neither do I so get off your backside and get invloved, voting on its own wont change anything but sustained campaining to achive political or social change combined with the THREAT of removal from office a councillor or MP or PM >>> WILL!!

So go out and vote Labour on May 1st, make a change :D

End's NEVER justify the means in Islam. I'm sure this is an argument mpack have heard before so why do they not take heed? You think we are in this life to save humanity, to stand up for the oppressed to help society? the answer is NO. We are here to Worship Allah(swt). Sure the things i mentioned are all part and parcel of worshipping Allah(swt), but so is achieving them in a way proscribed by by Him(swt). To keep going on about 'what will you do for the brothers in guantanamo?' 'what are you doing about the BNP?' the answer is simple, im doing exactly what Allah(swt) and his messenger(saw) proscribed, IN THE WAY they proscribed it. Unlike MPAC
