MPACUK Comment: Palestinian men, women and children in Gaza have been subjected to Israeli seige and international boycott, supposedly in order to pressure their government to "recognise Israel". Recently Costa Rica formally recognised the State of Palestine. Israel's hostile reaction makes it abundantly clear that not only does Israel not recognise Palestine, it will not tolerate those countries who do respect International Law and UN resolutions against the will of the Israel Lobby.

Costa Rica should be applauded for taking this brave step.
Israel's reaction calls into doubt it's commitment to the establishment of a Palestinian state when it won't respect the right of others to recognise Palestine

Since "Palestine" (if you accept the West's name for the old Jewish holy lands) stretched as far as Amman, there's a simple and REALLY logical solution to this: built a Palestinian State on the EAST Bank of the River Jordan.
Of course this would mean the Hashemites giving up some territory, but the Hashemites are not traditionally native to that region. Besides - the Hashemites got 79% of British Mandate Palestine leaving Jews (with all their hostory in the region) with only 21%. Furthermore Israel only makes up 4% of the whole Bilal al Sham region. 96% of it went to the Arabs, so it is only fair that yet another Arab state in the region should be carved out of the part of Palestine under Arab rule.

What an outstanding country willing to stand up for humanity, whilst our own morally corrupt politicians and those of America bow to those who fill their pockets.
MPAC supporters should not forget to email the country's embassy to congratulate them.

'Jewish holy lands'? says who? There's no evidence, or contemporary, record/ reference/ mention of the Jews crossing over from Egypt to Palestine. No Pharaonic heiroglyphic, or other, record/mention whatsoever of the Jews, or the parting of the seas. (btw, if Jews were originally from Egypt, how comes Palestine is the Jewish 'ancestral' home any way?) No evidence that Moses wrote the Torah. No evidence that the Torah is more than 2100 years old (the oldest known text in Hebrew lettering is found in the Dead Sea Scrolls -- approx 120BC). There is nothing at all in Hebrew lettering, that is actually, physically, older than the Dead Sea Scrolls. So the whole 'Jewish Holy Land' is, simply, a 'pious myth'. Thus 'Israel' is a fiction, based on fictitious 'Scripture'. You and you ilk should be badgering Angela Merkel for Jewish self-rule in Bavaria. Time you punished those who oppressed you, and lay off innocent Palestinians who never sent your ancestors to the gas chamber. If you barge into someone else's house, kill/expel the owners/occupants, no matter how beautifully you then decorate the house, and how wonderfully you pave the driveway, it still ISN'T YOUR HOUSE! (As for democracy in Israel: well that's just 'honour amongst thieves!') If you support Israel, then you MUST support Red Indian rule in America, Aztec/Inca rule in Central/South America, and restitution of Australia to the Aborigines. Don't rely on God to justify what is plainly a crime against humanity.

Azad just for the record there is significant evidence of Jewish national institutions and culture in Israel dating back further than 2000 years. Regardless of this, Jews still predate muslims in Israel and your mediocre understanding of history will not change this.

At least a few of you - dave & onlooker - seem to have some sense, and an ability to actually read a history book & figure things out for yourselves, instead of letting the MSM spoon-feed you into brain damage.

Israel has postponed a planned meeting with Costa Rican officials over
the Central American nation's decision to formally recognize a
Palestinian state.
