In recent weeks MPACUK brought to the attention of our readers the latest campaign launched to attack Muslims, and instigated by the pro Israeli journalist, John Ware. Our sources in the BBC told us that under the Panorama wing, he is snooping around and has been approaching individuals and groups, asking them for interviews and any dirt on Interpal. If Ware's last documentary on Muslims is anything to go by, there is no question that he intends to portray the whole lot of us as a bunch of terrorist-supporting, fanatical threat to British society.
The programme is due to be screened in the coming weeks and revolves around the idea of "exposing" the links British activists have with Hamas, the Palestinian political movement which Ware considers a terrorist organisation (Faisal Bodi). Outrageously, Ware has chosen Interpal to be at the forefront of his plan.
Interpal Background
Interpal was set up in 1994 and is a non-political, non-profit making charity that focuses solely on the provision of relief and development aid to the poor and needy of Palestine the world over, primarily in Palestine and the refugee camps in Jordan and Lebanon. In light of this, what was MPACUK’s plan of action? We began by highlighting this information, raising awareness of this planned attack with the aim to activate the Ummah into a pre emptive strike in the form of lobbying the BBC to pull the plug on Ware’s plans. Considering the BBC is funded by your license fee, the least ANYONE (Muslim or not) can expect is that their work be impartial and fair. How is this fairness to be expected from a person who has previously made capital from a documentary with little substance and a lot of scary music! Furthermore considering they are a British Broadcasting Corporation, why are they abusing their mandate by supporting the causes of Tel-Aviv? Read here for previous alerts and articles for more in depth information regarding our campaign.
Results achieved
MPACUK were relentless with this campaign; we came across many dormant Muslims who refused to raise a hand to intervene. Our long standing policy has been to activate at a grass roots level, awakening and making sure the Muslim Ummah rises to the challenges of combating Islamophobia in the media sphere. As a result of our hard work we have seen other Muslim organisations such as the Islamic Human rights Campaign come on board with this drive (see alert/link http://www.ihrc.org.uk/show.php?id=1890)
Muhammad (s) said: "You see the believers as regards their being merciful among themselves and showing love among themselves and being kind and resembling ONE BODY, so that, if any part of the body is not well then the whole body shares the sleeplessness (insomnia) and fever with it." (Bukhari, Vol 8, Hadith 40)
Coming together, and working side by side. Undoubtedly we can achieve outstanding results. Readers have left 7 comments.

Good work and well done, but don't blow your own trumpet too much! IHRC has been around doing stuff like long ago, not purely as a sole result of your wokr to activate dormant muslims, as if you are the only ones.

I fully support MPAC in their campainge
against the likes of Ware and BBC.I think that MPAC are doing a great job highlighting the Israeli aggression against the people of Palestine in particular and Muslims generally.

Yes MPAC are doing good work Masha-Allah, but its so blinkered and worthless to make comments about them blowing their trumpet!!!
Haven't we learnt anything about putting our speech and actions into useful and meritable work? Put your energies into stopping evil with action, words or the lowest form, your heart and avoid putting your fellow Muslims down, Insha-Allah.

Lol, I can't help laughing at some of the commentors, they obviously have a few screws loose and cannot accept the fact that MPAC are premier league stuff - way ahead of the rest. This alert was sent by MPAC months ago, only now have i seen a handful of orgs also taking it on. Well done to those that have taken this campaign on but come on, credit where its due - to MPAC.

I think we should all send a letter to
George Entwistle Head of Current Affairs BBC White City 201 Wood Lane London W12 7TS or email him at george.entwistle@bbc.co.uk The letter should go something like this... I understand that John Ware and the Panorama team are putting together a programme looking at Interpal and the accusations that it is a front organization for Hamas. These accusations are actually old news and have been discredited on a number of occasions, not least by the results of Charity Commission investigations and the fact that the Board of Deputies of British Jews asked to settle out of court a libel claim against them lodged by Interpals Trustees; despite having support from two foreign governments, the Board cut not substantiate their description of Interpal as a terrorist organisation. I would like to ask two questions: Why is Panorama pursuing what is clearly a politically-motivated campaign against a legitimate British charity, revisiting old accusations? Why is our licence money being used to pursue such an obviously Zionist-inspired campaign? The BBC used to be the benchmark for media impartiality but a programme like this following on the heels of John Wares hatchet-job against the Muslim Council of Britain last year suggests that the Zionists have more influence at the Corporation than is generally thought.
